Audi partnered with GPJ to create an exclusive experience that spanned across four cities, attracted 267 attendees, featured 81 test drives and drove business to Audi dealers.
When Audi challenged GPJ to create a premium, on-brand, luxury experience with activation concepts that would drive traffic to their dealers, demonstrate benefits and features of Audi vehicles, capture qualified leads, and further Audi’s sponsorship with Topgolf, we knew just what to do.
We created the first-ever Season of Audi Topgolf Experience. This invite-only, one-day event immersed guests in a true Audi experience complete with top-notch vehicle displays, knowledgeable product specialists, exclusive rides with professional drivers, professional Topgolf instruction and play time, and even a promotional giveaway to drive guests directly to the dealers.
GPJ designed, executed and managed all aspects of the Season of Audi Topgolf Experience – from email invites and a website registration page, to the ‘ride and drive’ experience and the promotional offers. And all aspects were created with the Audi customer in mind.
The Season of Audi Topgolf Experience allowed Audi to connect with their existing and potential customers, strengthen the partnership between Topgolf and Audi, and ultimately drive business to Audi dealerships.
But even after the event was deemed a tremendous success, the work didn’t stop there.
Audi has already expressed an interest in another year of the Audi Topgolf Experiences. Now the GPJ team is working to bring this event to life yet again, keeping the Audi consumer top-of-mind and ensuring the Topgolf alliance remains stronger than ever.
